I’m excited to share time with associates in the following ways: 1) having conversations about the compositional process, developing one’s own voice, working with narrative, Afrofuturism and/or interdisciplinary projects; 2) facilitating a creative music ensemble where associates are invited to improvise and/or compose while receiving feedback; 3) meeting together to discuss each other’s work-in-process.

3. Music samples up to 15 minutes total (mp3) May include link to video documentation of performance.
4. One to two musical scores or lead sheets (pdf)
Residency Fee: $900
Includes a $100 administration fee, weekday meals and housing; does not include artist materials, transportation, or weekend meals.
Scholarships / Financial Assistance
